My stay at the hotel was absolutely marvellous and exceeded our expectations by a country mile. The rooms were so comfy with a lovely bathroom and an amazing view of the pool side. The patio provided an amazing view as well. However, the check-in process took an unacceptably long time due to distractions from numerous phone calls.

The staff was accommodating, changing our room without hesitation when we wanted a different view. However, the room was set up for a single person, not a double as booked. However, the service was impeccable from check-in to housekeeping. The location was great, close to the beach and the main avenue, but the lack of English proficiency among some staff members was noticeable. The dining options were varied and satisfying. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
